My passion for understanding the human body began long before I became an Osteopath. I've always been fascinated by the way the body is designed to move, adapt, and function as an integrated whole. That curiosity led me into healthcare and has become a lifelong commitment to understanding how the body works.
My journey began as a yoga teacher, a role I enjoyed for nine years, where I developed a deep appreciation for movement and the connection between body and mind. I later became a Registered Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncture provider, spending five years helping people manage pain and improve function. Those experiences inspired me to deepen my understanding of the body and ultimately led me to study osteopathy.
I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in 2026 with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) and I am a professional member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).
What I enjoy most about Osteopathy is that every patient teaches me something new. Each person has adapted differently over time, and I find it incredibly rewarding to understand those patterns and help restore balance and function.
I was born and raised in Colombia, where I competed in equestrian jumping for more than a decade, representing my country at both the national and international levels. Today, I enjoy running and strength training, and my love of movement continues to shape both my life and the care I provide to every patient.
